Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine
Designed for precise fracture toughness, tensile, compression,
bending, and shear testing applications across various materials
and industries.
Product Overview
Mainframe & Measurement Control System
The main unit features a two-column, two-rod structure with
built-in oil cylinder. Tensile testing space is positioned above
the main host, while compression and bending testing spaces are
located between the lower crossbeam and worktable. The
high-precision data measurement and control system with A/D
converter ensures accurate independent data acquisition for force,
displacement, and deformation parameters.
Transmission System
Lower crossbeam position adjustment is achieved through
reducer-driven motor, chain drive mechanism, and lead screw side
drive system for precise control.

Operating Principle
- Hydraulic oil is pumped from the tank by motor-driven high-pressure
pump
- Oil flows through high-pressure filter, differential valve group,
and servo valve into the cylinder
- Computer control signals regulate servo valve opening and flow
direction
- Precise control of cylinder flow rate enables constant-speed test
force and displacement functions
