Summary:
This test system is specially developed to conduct long-duration
internal pressure testing on pipes and pipe fittings by sustaining
a preset pressure interval. It will implement automatic shutdown
immediately when the test sample ruptures or the whole test
procedure finishes, and supports permanent storage of pressure
variation curves as well as standardized printing of test reports.
For the control logic: pressure charging and pressure relief
actions are driven by the actuation of the pressure-charging
solenoid valve and pressure-discharging solenoid valve
respectively. Precise pressure stabilization is realized via
inching opening control of the two solenoid valves. This equipment
integrates a wealth of core functions, including automatic constant
pressure maintenance, electrically driven pressure relief, system
pipeline cleaning and automatic calibration.
Adopting overseas imported solenoid valves and a patented sealing
configuration, the unit secures excellent sealing performance and
service life of the solenoid valves when adopting clean water as
the test medium. All in all, it is a highly automatic,
multi-functional and cost-effective testing machine for various
pipe pressure test applications.

pressure range.

Principle:
Upon keying in pipe parameters (including ring stress, wall
thickness and average outer diameter) into the host PC, the system
automatically computes the test pressure. This data is then sent to
the lower computer (MCU embedded system) via the RS232 serial port.
The lower computer executes automatic constant-pressure control on
the pipe; the high-pressure pump functions as the high-pressure
liquid supply source, and after being regulated by the pressure
control system, the high-pressure fluid is conveyed through
high-pressure hoses to the test specimens in the medium incubator,
enabling long-term hydrostatic testing or burst testing of the
pipes.
