WZY-I Fully automatic four axis control prototype
The WZY-I full-automatic four-axis CNC sample preparation machine
is specially designed for pipe sample fabrication. It can directly
machine dumbbell-shaped specimens from pipe raw materials without
pre-cutting the pipe. Simply cut a section from the original pipe
and install it directly onto this equipment to produce multiple
dumbbell samples at one time. The following figure shows a
schematic diagram of making 8 samples from a circular pipe section:
Dumbbell shaped machining of circular pipes:
Take a pipe raw material section of suitable length and directly
install it on the sample preparation machine using a chuck mounting
method.
Set the longitudinal direction based on the sample length to
determine the number of dumbbell specimens to be processed.
Set the circumferential direction according to the sample diameter
to define the number of dumbbell specimens for machining.
Input other required parameters and initiate automatic processing.
Retrieve the dumbbell-shaped specimens from the sample, enabling
simultaneous harvesting of multiple pieces.
Operating mode:
Equip with a touch screen and conduct operations via the touch
screen.
Utilize an electronic handwheel for tool setting operations.
Structure characteristics:
Adopts an XYZA four-axis system for three-dimensional machining,
ideal for processing pipe materials.
By using a rotating axis to control the pipe's machining position,
it enables simultaneous production of multiple samples on circular
pipes. The process is computer-controlled and fully automatic.
The cutting tool features water cooling with a spray cooling
component, which can be activated as required.
Processing function:
Dumbbell shaped processing, various stretching standard splines
Processing of circular specimens, such as those used in the Vicat
test.
Processing of rectangular specimens, such as making impact
specimens.
Use the NC model file developed by our company to support almost
all Almost all dumbbell models. If users have special processing
graphics, they can contact our company to customize model files.
