WZY-4030A CNC Sample Making Machine
The WZY-4030A CNC prototype is designed for manufacturing all types of blocks and specimens for material testing on non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and round specimens, as well as notches for impact specimens, and mill irregular surfaces into flat plates.
Using CNC technology, it controls a three-axis linkage system via a program controller, driving XYZ-axis motors and complemented by a high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision machining system. This enables the processing of various graphic samples with precision.
