The XJJC - 5 Microcomputer Control Impact Testing Machine features
a dual - operating system with computer control and LCD display.
The instrument offers convenient human - machine dialogue, high
accuracy, and can automatically display impact energy, calculate
impact strength, compute the average impact strength of the entire
sample group, and delete data. It has an electrically released
hammer body. The whole machine is made of steel with good
properties, and after time treatment, there is no stress
deformation. It is used to determine the impact toughness of non -
metallic materials such as hard plastic, fiber reinforced
composites, nylon, FRP, ceramic, cast stone, plastic electrical
appliances, and insulating materials. It is the quality inspection
equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and
universities, and factories and mines.
Working Principle:
Strike the sample supporting the horizontal beam with the pendulum
hammer of known energy, and destroy the sample by one shock of the
pendulum hammer. The impact line is located in the middle of the
two supports, to impact the energy difference between the pendulum
before and after, to determine the energy absorbed by the sample
when destroyed. The impact strength is then calculated according to
the original cross-sectional area of the sample.
